  • For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination country.

Guaranteed Timeliness:

  • We strive to ship all products within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, your product has not been shipped within 14 calendar days, you will receive 25% of the product price back as a token of our appreciation for your patience.

How to Qualify for the Refund:

  • If your order takes longer than 14 days to ship, please contact our customer service team at lorenzoshopify@outlook.com with your order number. We’ll verify the delay and promptly issue the 25% refund.
